How it works

Using CFC Systems, both diesel fuel and LPG are injected at the same time, reaping many benefits and overcoming all of the early problems that such conversions suffered from.
Where commercial diesel engines typically only utilize 85% of the fuel injected, combustion is now up to 98% efficient.

Due to the fact that all fuel is burned, the engine stays clean. Older engines become clean after a few days using CFC Systems.

The mixture depends on parameters like injected fuel, speed, turbo pressure and engine temperature. For newer engines, the computer takes the reference data from the CAN-bus, for engines without CAN-bus, it takes the turbo pressure and revolutions as a reference.

Not only does this benefit the fuel efficiency of the engine but also reduces the production of soot CO2, NOX and PM10 and un-burnt hydrocarbons. It does not increase engine horsepower but does improve the torque curve - a real benefit in commercial operations. In addition the engine runs smoother creating less vibrations and less noise.
